New internal tool for Mitsubishi Electric Canada turns centrally managed factory data into publish-ready product comparison sheets in under a minute, in English and French.

TORONTO, Ontario — May 2026 — Manyways Inc., the company behind Decision Support Platform Wayfinder, has launched the MESCA Marketing Chart Generator for Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada Inc. (MESCA) — an internal document generation tool that produces styled, bilingual product family marketing charts on demand. Delivered May 19, 2026, the tool lets MESCA's marketing team build accurate comparison sheets for the company's A2L heat pump and air conditioning product families directly from a centralized product database — the same governed factory data that powers MESCA's technical documentation — and export them as print-ready PDFs or CSV files. A process that previously took days — and in some cases weeks — of coordination across teams is now a self-serve task the marketing team completes in under a minute: select the desired model ranges and hit generate.

The system is built around comparison templates. Each template is composed of rows, and each row maps to one or more data points in MESCA's product database — a rated cooling capacity, for example, or a paired set of efficiency values displayed together with a configurable separator. Rows can be grouped under labelled categories for readability, and each template supports up to seven products per sheet. When a marketing user associates products with a template, the generator automatically retrieves the corresponding data points for every model and renders the finished chart. Because factory data arrives with field names that vary across product types and families, the interface includes a filtering control that narrows thousands of candidate fields down to only those populated for the products being compared, making template assembly a matter of selection rather than data entry.

Bilingual support is built in rather than bolted on. Labels, category headings, footer notes, and even field separators are configured independently in English and French, and users can toggle a sheet between languages instantly, with untranslated values falling back to English. Charts are rendered as PDFs locally in the browser, styled to MESCA's brand standards — carried over from the Mitsubishi Heat Pump Rebate Finder, an earlier Manyways build — and the whole application sits behind secure single sign-on with role-based access control. Three access roles separate the management of product data, product templates, and marketing templates, and the architecture supports embedding the generated charts on public-facing pages in the future.

The measurable impact is a compression of the production cycle from days to seconds. Before the generator, producing a single marketing sheet meant acquiring the latest factory data, preparing and reconciling it, handing it to designers, reviewing layouts, requesting changes, and uploading the finished file to a digital asset manager — a chain of handoffs across multiple stakeholders that routinely stretched over days and, in some cases, weeks. That entire chain has been replaced by a single self-serve step, freeing the marketing team from stakeholder coordination altogether while improving accuracy at the same time.

The accuracy gain comes from separating data from presentation. MESCA's product team maintains the factory data in one place; the marketing team consumes it through templates without ever touching the underlying records. That separation removes an entire category of transcription errors from the marketing workflow, keeps every published sheet consistent with the data of record, and means a specification update flows into every chart that references it — in both official languages.

"Marketing collateral is usually where product data goes to drift out of date. We built the chart generator so that MESCA's comparison sheets are never hand-copied from a spreadsheet again. The data lives in one governed place, the templates define how it is presented, and the marketing team can produce accurate, on-brand, bilingual documents without waiting on anyone."

— Steph Bigue, Founder & CEO, Manyways Inc.

"We worked with Manyways to automate a process that previously required hundreds of hours of manual work. What once involved manually entering data into Excel, translating the information, and converting documents to Adobe is now completed in seconds.

The automation has dramatically improved our efficiency, reduced manual effort, and eliminated a time-consuming process from our day-to-day operations. Manyways delivered an excellent solution that has made a significant difference to our workflow. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to automate and streamline their processes."

— Candace Steinberg, Marketing Manager, Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada Inc.

Beyond the immediate time savings, the project changes how MESCA's teams work together. The product team owns data extraction and quality; the marketing team owns templates and output. Requests that previously moved between departments as documents and email threads are now resolved inside the tool, and Manyways delivered training and documentation so that both teams can operate and extend the system independently.
